Not just the application code, but the entire system around it. How it gets built, how it gets deployed, how it runs, and how you know when something is wrong.</p> <p>So I started building. A food delivery platform as the workload, but the project was never about the application. It was about building the infrastructure and delivery pipeline that runs it.</p>
